Article 1 — Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SouzokuAI ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 — Service Description

The Service provides inheritance tax estimation simulations based on official land value (路線価) data published by Japan's National Tax Agency. The Service does not constitute tax advice or tax filing services.

Article 3 — Disclaimer

1. All calculations provided by the Service are rough estimates and may differ significantly from actual tax obligations.
2. The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.
3. For accurate inheritance tax calculations, please consult a licensed tax professional (税理士).

Article 4 — Paid Services

The detailed report service is a paid product (¥2,980) processed via Stripe credit card payment. Cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after purchase, as the product is a digital deliverable. However, we will accommodate refunds if there is a defect in the Service.

Article 5 — Tax Advisor Referrals

Tax consultations facilitated through the Service are handled by licensed tax professionals (税理士) under their professional capacity. All tax advice and filing services are conducted under the tax advisor's license.

Article 6 — Prohibited Activities

1. Unauthorized use of the Service, including reverse engineering
2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Service data
3. Activities that cause harm to other users

Article 7 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Article 8 — Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Service.
